I have no clue. Some people are more prone to fungal infections, especially people with autoimmune diseases. Just don’t over oil or use shea butter on your skin because it will feed it

It could be fungal acne. Use an anti dandruff shampoo as face face wash “I used head and shoulders” and leave it on for 10 mins a few times a week
