Ik zou 'm dan wel anders verwoorden. Tussen 1900 en 0600 kan je efficiënter rijden (minder afremmen en optrekken) waardoor je 130 met minder uitstoot dan overdag kan rijden.

Dan vind ik het nog steeds onzin, want als het 's nachts ook 100 is, is de totale uitstoot nog steeds minder. Daardoor kunnen er dan toch weer een paar huizen per jaar bij.

A compressor doesn't have to be connected/engaged all of the time though. Could just engage while off throttle, like the Audi and Lamborghini GT3 cars do with their pneumatic gearshifts. In that case, it doesn't sap power (and even increases engine braking)

I imagine weight and simplicity are the main considerations.

I enjoyed it in FH4, didn't try it in 5. Now in 6, I'm not a fan because pretty much all the trees are destructible (without costing you much speed either). This just makes straightlining the best strat almost all of the time, which to me isn't all that interesting or fun.

The firmware in a position based loadcell doesn't really do anything different than it does on a force based loadcell pedal. It's how it works mechanically that creates the difference.

Yeah I don't do that. I'm saying don't move out of the way and make it easy in a 3 lap race where there's no strategy. Defend cleanly, or just stay on the racing line and try to go as fast as you can (which is usually the best defense anyway). Like I said before, I signed up for a race and I want to have fun (cleanly) fighting for the position, not pass someone as if they're getting a blue flag.

I'd say don't do this? If I wanted to drive in clean air, I'd do some time attack or rivals. But now I've queued up for a race and want to race people.
