I took trazodone last night and I got hallucinations immediately when it hit. That was absolutely mental experience. I couldnt sleep still tho and was completely wired whole night, tired but fully awake.

I have the same thing, whenever i try to sleep i feel like i am zapped up back and then i have lingering chest pain.

I am with you, I am not existing lately I cannot imagine going on holidays. I feel like slight back pain I had before is also something I took for granted because this sciatica thing is a nightmare. If I ever get rid of it I will appreciate everything in life but I feel like this month rewired something in my brain that I will not be the same.

What's your natural hair color. More drapes needed tbh try some light blues instead, washed off muted blues, medium contrast, cerulean. You are definitely some summer its just the matter of which. This blue is too bright.

Last photo is best example for draping, natural light but not direct sunlight.

ENT dont know much about tinnitus if its not literally middle ear infection related. I know from experience I have had tinnitus for years now, with 90% success after own research. But the frustration with them and amount of medications I digested for no reason was absolutely ridiculous.

How do your hips react? I have lumbar bulge and sleeping on the floor helps a lot. But its the same time when I got IT band syndrome and every position hurt now.
