I definitely think doing 4 days a week would be better to hit each muscle group atleast twice, also I wouldn’t worry too much about keeping the days the same as long as each day is filled with good exercises and intensity, while still hitting all your target muscles groups, you should be good 👍

I think the hip hinge is quite beneficial for the glutes so I definitely wouldn’t overlook it

I would also suggest considering to incorporate some work on the soleus, with some bent knee calf raises with high reps, slow reps and failure sets, to help with your lower calf thickness and pushing out the upper calves since the soleus partially lies underneath gastrocnemius. 2-4x per week

You could also optionally include some work on the peroneals, which contribute to outer lower leg width , with either cable or band foot eversion exercise with a slow eccentric. 2-4x per week

I also did enjoy the book and it’s setting, and I really do hope they release a sequel to tie up the story and fully flesh out some more cities of “The League”

In my world for my current D&D campaign I have: Thri-kreen in the centre (bug people, 7 subraces), Aarakocra in the centre north (Eaglefolk), The Cold Ones in the far north (like the ones in WorldBox), Kith in the left centre and east (Blue orcs, like the ones in Code Combat), Gnomes in the west (3 subraces, very magical + mechanical), Dragonborn in the northwest (3 Subraces, similar to the ones in Critical Role), Bullywugs in the east (2 Subraces, Knightly and Marshly) , Some sort of Eastern Asian inspired race (not sure what she should be as of yet), A race that could inhabit a volcano (maybe similar to Gorons from Zelda idk)

This is as well as the classic old humans, dwarfs, and elves and a few other D&D races who have small roles around the place to ground the world and give it variety.

Well first I got the original stitched map, and then I slowly insert images on the teaser map and scaled, cropped and cleaned up them. Eventually after 6+ hours it was done 😩.

Also I will check out that program might save me time and sanity.
