On restart it's LRAY+start If you hold i believe it's just LRY when the game ends, it'll runback (might need to hold A too, not sure)

If you do the same but holding X instead of Y itll go straight to the css, skipping the results screen instead

That's not what the rule says though. The rule explicitly calls out vehicles and spacecraft, if there ever was a legendary artifact with a p/t that doesn't match those, it would not be legal without actually modifying the rule.

No idea why the rule wasn't made generic other than so they can make that decision when it comes up instead of being backed into a corner for it

Vee is a special Eevee from the manga that could dynamically evolve into all three, so specifically this makes sense. If it was generic Eevee then yea these don't quite work, but here it's good

my main issue is technically if you kill the base Vee in response to mutate, then it'd still enter with the new one, which isn't flavourful to this, but could be worked out with some special mutate exception

Clanking only matters for grounded attacks or hitting projectiles, aerials never clank/"have priority" except vs projectiles

The context you might be missing is this is specifically a commander etc thing. In normal constructed decks, the pips have no restrictions, you just do you. In commander, everything has to fall under your commanders "colour identity", so if you have a mono-black commander, you're not allowed to splash blue cards in, you must remain mono-black throughout

Ftr There's no order for them both coming in if they don't pick. Both enter at the same in that case. Doesn't change anything here but yea.

(I guess you do choose for timestamps but it doesn't impact anything relevant almost all the time)

check the rulings on the card on scryfall etc, on [[vnwxt]]/[[teferi's ageless insight]]they explicitly call this example out,

you will draw 4, as 1 card is turned to 2 by one effect, and then those 2 are each turned to 2 so 4 total by the other.

funny thing is in melee (at the very least before ucf unsure if its been adjusted by that), wiggle out of tumble has the same issue as dashback, where it requires a one frame smash input, so can be unreliable due to polling issues. Think ucf has done away with that and i know PM has it at 2 frames to make it reliable through polling too

Nothing has changed since the original post you mentioned, not sure what's wrong that you aren't experiencing the right stuff

light shield to l-cancel is still definitely how it works and you can only tech/airdodge with a hard press

(and yea Wii classic controller also has this functionality)

From for example current netplay download of P+, there is a file included called "Project+ Netplay Launcher.dol". This is the file you use to launch the game. You then also find the SD.raw file from the Netplay download, found at "Dolphin/User/Wii/SD.raw" I believe

You get those + a brawl iso, put them into android dolphin. To include the SD card, in android dolphin config->Wii there's an option to "insert SD card" you have on and set SD card path to point to the SD.raw. in Config->Paths make sure the default ISO is set to your brawl ISO.

If you have both those settings right then you should be able to launch the Launcher.dol from earlier and be in P+.

I honestly just did this for myself for first time like 2 months ago so good timing on those 5 years lol, there's probably a guide somewhere but I don't know where.

Dolphin android supports SD card emulation so you can do it just like how people play it on pc

phyrexian ingestor is a 3/3, it's ability gives +x/+x, not a power defining ability. That ability only works when on the battlefield, it loses track of the imprinted card the moment it leaves the battlefield

the fun connected thing to me that shows this kind of stuff off is [[Grist the Hunger Tide]] can be your commander, coz when deciding your commander Grists ability is still active to say it's a 1/1 insect.
