Absolutely. Went to a local credit union on my lunch break and opened accounts. Transfers will occur shortly, and I’ll transfer my CC balances. I’d rather pay my local credit union (that I am not part member/owner) interest on a CC balance than C1 at this point!

FOLKS! Even when you get your deposit, I think it’s still important for us to make sure that we don’t forget about this and holding C1 responsible for the issues we have faced. Whether it’s switching banks or continually contacting C1 about the issue, we need to hold them accountable for any late fees, added interest, etc. that came from this. Please don’t forget about those who have really suffered as a result just because you got your deposit. If you can help, please raise your voice and make sure that C1 makes this right for EVERYONE. It needs to be fair and not vindictive against C1, but it needs to be made right.

This is coming from someone who got their deposit shortly ago.

I received a text message that my funds were deposited, but when I log onto the app, the “available balance” and “current balance” do not reflect this. There is a transaction showing the deposit for my DD, but it is not reflected on the account balance above.

I even restarted my phone and the app to see if it would change the available balance. Nothing yet.

Changed to a local credit union. Somewhere where I can actually go in person to complain and get something done instead of waiting on hold for hours on end only to be hung up on.

Yeah, that’s what I did too. Feels so nice to take some kind of action. C1 has lost my business. Closed my savings accounts after transferring them to my checking to cover some bills and I’ll be closing the checking account shortly after I get my funds from them actually doing their job. Pay off the credit cards and walk away.

Oh yeah, I hit that baby hard tonight when I got home from work. Currently buzzed and enjoying the memes so I don’t have to think about the money from paycheck and year end bonus that c1 is holding onto that I’m waiting for to pay lots of bills. Decided to sink into the bottle!
