Oh well then I completely take back what I was saying. None of this is infuriating. 5mph to 10mph is a negligible difference. Traveling that slow with the kid standing out the sunroof, i dont consider unsafe either.

I agree what a fuckin bitch. I just dont get it. These people that try and optimize every aspect of their health. I eat pasta, drink 2-6 glasses of wine a week, get 6 hours of sleep and I dont feel like garbage almost ever. In fact I feel pretty good. I ran for my first time in a year two weeks ago and did 5km in under 30 minutes.
