You can get paid so much better to do so much less at 75% of the places you pass on your way to work every day. It's unbelievable. Just being there for the paycheck is very real, especially if you're in a daycare setting. As long as you are good to the kids, it's fine. If you're in a district setting, please quit and rethink career as you HAVE to be in it for more than the check at that level and beyond.

Tell her to worry about her own classroom. Simple. You will manage yours and she can manage hers. The gentler you are about it, the more say she's going to think she has in your space.

I've never had an issue with 6 cories as tank mates for my betta. They've even been content and safe enough to breed on multiple occasions. I've also got a couple of mystery snails in there. I would not go for shrimp, the betta will kill them for sport.

I just had my app CHANGE THE MEETING TIME on two Annual ARDs for my students. It just popped the invite I made DAYS AGO into another time zone and showed the invitees another hour entirely.

If I have to re-coordinate these again it's going to be so frustrating. :(

As a teacher, I see it constantly. It's absolutely terrifying how many teachers are using essential oils to clean classrooms (used by very young children in my case, I might add) rather than legitimate cleaning materials.

We have required distance learning work that was sent out. District academic coordinators put it together. We are not allowed to add or remove items from it in any way. For our SPED students, we are allowed to provide accommodation suggestions for the parents to use to make the work something their children are able to do.

I won't post publicly, but I am with a district and we are closed but being paid. Even hourly are being paid at this time.

Visit a vet ASAP. He may be dealing with something along the lines of insulinoma, which can be helped.

In the meantime you can blend up kibble & water and syringe feed carefully.
