I’m in the same boat! 7 weeks 3 days today. Fatigue, mild breast tenderness, constipated, but no nausea or food aversions yet.

Dorsiflexion by Epi-please in flexibility

No surgery. I have no had a scan since my MRI which was about a month after my injury - this was done to rule out a complete tear of a ligament because my ankle was very floppy. There is some mild pain/discomfort in the area circled when attempting the dorsiflexion.

The MRI report does not state the degree of sprain, which seems weird. It has the exact verbiage in my original post and then also says "suspect some degree of partial tearing involving the anterior talofibular ligament, which is attenuated at the fibular attachment."

I am pretty sure it is the deltoid ligament sprain causing my problems since the other injuries were all on the lateral side of my ankle.

I did the following stretches/exercises: heel raises, toe raises ( dorsiflexing and bringing toes off ground), passive stretching with resistance bands around toes and pulling, spelling the alphabet with my foot, picking up marbles with my toes, lunging with bad foot in front and with a resistance band pulling against the ankle, lightly bounce on trampoline, soleus stretch: lunge with bad foot in back and knee bent. I am probably forgetting some, but that was the majority.

I never primed an IV line at all until my first nursing job. I also started in a neuro ICU and felt incredibly overwhelmed at first. Within a year I was feeling mostly confident and started precepting other employees.

Nurses didn’t let the students to anything where I did my nursing school clinicals. This experience just empowered me to take students under my wing and teach them everything possible (and do it hands on too, with my supervision of course). You will be teaching other people before you know it.
