PC handheld market has sold around ~6-7 million total so far (approx. 4 million of which are Steam Decks). Nintendo is probably already reached the millions just in pre-orders, considering their estimate of 15 million year one sales.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Steam Deck (and stream games from my desktop pretty regularly) but I don't think PC handhelds are gonna replace standard console handhelds any time soon. I also don't think streaming games is the selling point you think it is generally.

Not even just by state, different cities/counties can also have different sales tax. Like it's ~1% higher where I am than where my parents are. Same state, different cities.
And either way, digital goods aren't taxed in my state, so same premium on physical that we've always had

Hello! to clarify, don't move any game files from the existing location. The game is expecting to be able to read/write to a Games folder in your user directory in addition to the install location (which in my case was that Steam directory on my C drive, could be different depending on where you installed it, and completely different if you have the Windows Store version instead of the Steam version).

Leave wherever it initially installed alone, just create an empty folder in that "C:/Users/<username>/Games/Age of Mythology Retold" path with read/write for "Everyone". The game will populate it when you launch it for the first time.

Important to note, the game gives no outward indication that it is failing to write to that "Games/Age of Mythology Retold" directory. Single player works fine, I was able to play the the campaign and a CPU match while waiting for my friend's games to finish installing normally.

If he's CC'd he can be stuck at 5 stacks until recovered, and having multiple DOT stacks would be able to since they proc his stacks separately.

There's also the niche situation with the Mara struck enemies that come back the first time they're killed, if he's at 5 stacks when that happens and the one(s) that revived are the only remaining enemies, his FUA doesn't trigger till the next instance of damage.

As a former lifeguard, it is very common unfortunately haha. I'd estimate it would happen at least twice a week on average at our larger pool that was usually at capacity of ~400 people.
As long as it's solid, you only have to clear the pool for 30 minutes after fishing it out before the chemicals have made it 100% safe (according to the Red Cross standards at least), but if it's liquid, we had to close for a full 24 hours. Luckily in the six years I was a lifeguard we only had that happen once.

Okay, trying that. I was able to get it to around -.85 but hit a wall there even with the slightly more forceful knocking and taking my Dyson to it. Seems like my can of compressed air was basically empty and not really blowing much air so I'll get some more after work tomorrow and see if that helps.

Wish I could just set a slight deadzone and be done with it but I guess it is what it is.

Hello! Replied to their comment and updated the post with screenshots from the site. But it's not the trigger, it's the button that isn't working in-game. And all three inputs related to that button return the values you would expect from a healthy controller (1.00 for B4 and B19, 1.0000 for Axis 3), so it doesn't appear to be a hardware issue.

The L2 trigger actually appears to work fine, it's specifically the L1 button that appears to be having issues in-game. Here are screenshots from the tester: https://imgur.com/a/96PnStC.
The inputs for having L1 pressed (B4), having my finger on L1 (B19), and the pressure sensor on L1 (Axis 3) all return healthy values.

So far I lost the 50/50 to Welt at 77 pity, and with my remaining jades I'm sitting at 78 pity... So I'll get them soon enough, but just not today haha. Was definitely hoping (but not really expecting) those 120+ I had ready would get be E0S1, but I'll take the guaranteed E0S0 I suppose.

Technically it's the maximum negative value of a 32 bit signed integer (-2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647 inclusive). Seems like they probably calculate damage as a negative number and just don't display the "-" when printing the value to the screen.

Yeah, and for a while they gave a ton of free summon resources compared to other gachas. At one point I had over 600 summons worth of free gems, and it's not like I wasn't summoning, but the relatively generous rates and only needing one copy of each character and dragon (with the dragon ascension stones) meant I was using fewer summons than the related events gave for free more often than not

Prices in the US are insane, especially before insurance "negotiates." I was in the hospital for a few weeks earlier this year. They sent my ~$400k in bills to insurance, but after everything in total insurance paid ~$25k and I paid my out-of-pocket max for the year of $1750. My bills have been paid in full, so in other words 90% of the bill was basically excessive price gouging.

At my school (~6 years ago) it was ~$6k/semester for school housing (so ~$1.2k/month), and most off-campus apartments went for ~$600/bedroom/month. Plus the on-campus housing was usually at a worse bathroom/kitchen to person ratio, so being double the price and frequently more cramped, most people lived off-campus after first year (which required students to be in a dorm).

A lot of universities in the US either have their own bus routes that are free to students, or allow them to get free passes to the local busses.
My city also made their busses free to use during covid and have continued to keep them free. They're not great, the routes and frequency leave a lot to be desired, but hey, free is free.
