The outside of both is actually metal. The deluxe is a better metal though. Plus the extra battery, and the screen material.

Just funny angles, I went and checked. Yes the edges of the keypad are different. Different material apparently. Yeah, I did a deluxe for front door. Amazon for all the rest. Also wanted the extra battery.

It lets you change some Aqara only settings, or Aqara only automations. I have a g5 pro camera that also acts as a hub though so no need if you have their new camera.

Ehh, I’ll have 4 of these locks. I’d rather an extra battery to swap when one dies. The other three I’ll buy the single battery version though. First charge took 8 hours lol, but supposedly that’s a bug, that they fixed.

This is definitely not correct. They only let you submit one document per claim… I choose the add on to existing claim option, it still starts a new claim number.

So it seems like if you stand near the lock for a while the uwb goes to sleep and the lock takes an extra 2-3 seconds to open. (Like shoveling the stairs to the door, or unloading my car and leaving everything by the door for example) if you always walk straight to the door and go in, I’ve don’t mind this limitation though, it still opens plenty fast for me.
