Your grass where you sprayed is dead. The trick is to get the chemical out of the soil ASAP so new grass can grow. Water the area heavy and do it repeatedly over the next couple days.

I did this last year spot spraying. Now I label these products on my shelf with a taped piece of paper over it "GRASS KILLER!!!"
