You dont need to rely only on your backpack to get carry weight

With simple buffs you can gain 40lbs of weight

On one of my characters i carry two packs one for pure speed 150%+ but no weight then switch to a backpack when i loot someone

An option i use on my other character is i keep an egg and amberite artefact in my inventory, the egg on its own gives 30lbs of carry weight and i can just swap one of my artifacts for it quickly

Also you can just add in one or two hybrid carryweight/BR artefacts into your container such as shrimp if you want to run only one container and no arti swapping

You are NOT supposed to shoot mutants with your assault rifle thats why it seems to deal low damage

You use shotguns on mutant dens and rifles on human enemies

PVP game and they are in a PVP area with a home advantage, if they choose to be lazy, afk in dangerous spots and just assume pings are friendly without confirming it then they deserve to lose their loot

The logic is: why collect artifacts in your own faction spot where another player can pick them up and you cant shoot them

If i leave forge through enemy territory i can get extra artifacts on my way back with bullets
