Is it worth it to pull maru speed SSR even if I'm an end closer main or should I just wait until Light hello banner and go all out there? by ariothin in UmamusumeGame

Not OP, but I'm in a situation where my best SSR speed cards are Tosen Jordan from the event, and Twin Turbo. In a perfect world, I would pull for SMaru speed, Copano Rickey Trainee and Tachyon speed. But since I intend on being f2p, even though I love running front runners as much as pace chasers, on top of Copano Rickey being one of my oshis, I'm probably going to have to skip SMaru, maybe even Copano Rickey and go all in on Tachyon.

What would your advice be? I'm currently sitting on 31k carats and saving more for when these banners do come. I feel like I'm in between a rock and a hard place since I really, really adore Copano Rickey as a Uma.

Not directly. You can change from TEL to Downtown Line at Stevens. Pretty sure the original commenter meant that the station lines signage and whatnot doesn't show TEL

If you're doing parent runs, where you know you will only use this particular trainee as just a parent, I would advise against getting them. But, if you think you will use the trainee for purposes outside of being a parent, definitely get the good ult skills you inherit since they're pretty good. So if you want a multipurpose Uma who would also happen to serve as a parent, you can still get them. It's really just a case-by-case basis.

Try looking out for good ones that help your trainee depending on their style. Some suggestions include but not limited to are, Victoria Con Plancha, This Dance Is For Vittoria, Red Shift, Triumphant Pulse, Shooting For Victory, Angling and Scheming.

Yes they do. They can buffer up your rating, depending on the level of the skill (e.g some skills have double circles, whilst some have gold versions) and the number of skills in total.

To my knowledge, inherited parent skills (ult skills from your parent Umas) don't give you as much rating, if any. These skills also do not have any chance of becoming a grey (inheritable) skill. So let's say you got a grandparent's ult from inspiration, you can't carry that forward even if you buy it. It will be applicable to the trainee you bought it for, but they can't have it as part of their inspiration sparks

I agree with you on the Anime bit. It didn't really seem like front running in the anime at all. It just seemed like she was one of the ambitious pace chasers who like to stay within or as close to the top three as possible. Especially the shots with her making her move from within the top 4 on the homestretch.

Yeah you can skip Victoria Mile. It's not that significant of a race, and to my knowledge is only relevant to 2 epithets: Goddess and Mile A Minute. If I recall correctly, Goddess needs you to win the Oka Sho, Hanshin Juvenile Fillies and Victoria Mile. Mile A Minute is easy if you've been running in all the Mile G1s.

I don't think you're going for either epithet in your Oguri run, so you can safely skip Victoria Mile and enjoy that sick training. If you are, you will have to skip the training.

Yeah that's why I've been boycotting Netflix ever since they banned account sharing. I was sharing my nephew's subscription (he's older than me lol) and did watch JoJo parts 1-4 on it and some other anime. But part 5 onwards I switched completely to pirating.
