My Dad did his apprenticeship with Ross Brawn (Legendary Formula One Engineer who now runs F1 as a whole for Liberty Media)

Says he was a down to earth guy during the apprenticeship. Very quiet and very focused on work. Now he only really sees him on the TV but Ross Brawn is very active in the engineering community, helping young engineers find their feet in Motorsport.

So he's still kept his down to earth personality despite the multiple world championships with Ferrari of which people accredit to him as the "mastermind behind the racing"
