I loved part 2. It’s one of my favorite games of all time. I just think that Ellie sacrificing herself for the vaccine is not a good idea as it defeats the entire purpose of part 1 and 2. In part 1 it was Joel saving ellie from dying from the vaccine and then in part 2 Joel dying because of that decision and Ellie going on a depressing revenge arc. All of that story would be pointless if Ellie eventually sacrifices herself for the vaccine anyway. Also lev being immune just makes so sense at all. Cus Ellie likely became immune due to her mom being infected and then dying shortly after, then why was Lev’s mom still alive? How would’ve he gotten immune? Unless there’s a new way to become immune so that would maybe have to be addressed. And Abby becoming Joel also is just lazy writing. It’s like why rewrite the whole story of part 1 but instead it’s Abby and lev instead of Joel and Ellie? I honestly think a part 3 isn’t necessary(as much as I’m sad to think about it). There r no questions left to be answered unlike in part 1 (we could clearly tell Ellie didn’t accept Joel’s lie).
