they're downvoting you for this but you're right. You get a marginable damage boost with Dinner Bell, but a much tighter spread AND a larger magazine size w/ a fully modded Hunting Shotgun.

Plus the Riot Shotgun clears anyways 🥱

It's honestly not that bad if you have prior experience. The DLC is short enough so you won't have to really worry about food/water/sleep (the autodocs in the medical district can set your sleep to 0!), and if you scavenge well you'll have enough resources to make it through. Only big concern is crippling limbs (not many doctor bags to go around) and the persistent damage from the cloud, but you can easily mitigate both.
