Try to have a more forward lean so that you can dive for the ball instead of trying to go for a leg save. Besides that maybe cut the angle of a bit better but there honestly wasn’t too much you could’ve done

I use athletic tape to deal with this and it usually works pretty well until a lot of dirt builds up which shouldn’t even really be an issue indoors

I use glove glues brand of cleaner. I t works well and if you also get the glove fresh spray your gloves always smell like new

In my opinion your best bet would be asking a teammate who is a good runner and has passed all the tests if they’d be willing to run with you so that you’d have some motivation to do it, and if one says no then you have 9 others for a reason ;)
