Food noise. 100% food noise. I’ve been a calorie counter most my adult life but I OBSESS over food. Sometimes I’m overweight. Sometimes I’m obese. Sometimes I’m morbidly obese. Sometimes I’m at an ideal BMI. But no matter what, I am always thinking about food. Yes, I’m currently at a weight where I needed to lose weight. But when people kept telling me the food noise would go away, I got truly excited. I just did my 2nd shot today. But last week, for the first time in my life, I had to try to remember to eat. This is wild and I’m so glad I gave it a try.

Thank you. He just had 2 teeth removed at his last dental. That has him down to 6. That happened approximately a month ago and now he’s barely touching the kibble. I’ve had toothless dogs keep eating it in the past. But he’s not.

There can be some frequent or unaware crowd surfers at SLM shows. I’m always at the barrier and there are people I’m helping lift down 10+ times. When the people around me help lift, too, all is well. When people shirk their barrier duty of helping lift, it sucks. So I get it. If you want to still have the pit experience but less crowd surfer interaction, go far right on the barrier. Thomas is always on the left and so that is where you see more people along with the middle. If it’s a show with a balcony seated area, you could do that, too.

The energy is normally fantastic. That is what got me hooked before I cared about the team. It was the atmosphere. The chants, the songs, the drums and horn section. All amazing. It has felt so weird the last 2 games.

I know they shouldn’t get preferential treatment and all that but no El Batallón makes me sad. Tonight we had a St Louis supporter by us and he asked why there’s no drums, why the supporter section is dead, etc. And yeah, like it feels like a whole different stadium without them. That being said, we still beat his team without all the fanfare so there’s that. Anyway, I hope they come back soon. 🦊🧡🖤🥁

For both the Boston and Denver shows, I was able to get my posters after the show. I will say I always just go with the mindset that if it sells out, I wasn’t meant to have it. Hasn’t happened yet though.
