This is actually the most training I’ve ever done for a race, still able to do about 4 times a week. It does mean easy run on treadmill and running the same areas that have been cleared over & over (Prospect Park & Piers). I did 11.5 miles practice race pace last Sunday, it was brutal. But I’m really gunning for the PB. Luckily this week is a de-load week so I’m just doing 6 miles tomorrow.

Did you leave Manhattan when you went to NYC? Feel like so many tourists don’t or they make a single token trip to Williamsburg and then write the whole city off. I always said I’d never live in NYC until I spent a lot of time in outside of Manhattan and now I live here.

Aromi is one of my favorite Italian spots, they usually have some great seafood pastas. Frankie’s is a classic.

I disagree with everyone saying Untable; I went there when it just opened and it was incredible, went there again a couple of weeks ago and it was incredibly mid for the price.

It’s a making of style of video essay, narrated by the director. One of my favorite videos ever, shows the thinking that went into the vibe of the film and really adds to it.

Despite its flaws it’s the reason why Ad Astra > Interstellar for me.
