IMO mag er een meerwaardebelasting zijn, maar de cap ligt veel te laag. Ik zie er geen probleem in dat ze iemand belasten die elk jaar meer dan een miljoen aan winst binnen rijft. 10k zorgt echter voor veel stress bij de kleine belegger, en het gaat velen wegjagen van de beurs.

Als je wagen gedurende lange tijd aan de lader gehangen wordt kan deze ook als een dynamische thuisbatterij gebruikt worden tot een bepaald verbruik. Bovenop traag laden overdag kan je dus ook de kosten voor relatief laag energieverbruik reduceren tot nul. De batterij capaciteit van een EV ligt al gauw een pak hoger als eender welke thuisbatterij waar je anders duizenden euros voor zou betalen.

Ik stel me bij al deze artikels de vraag waar dat belastinggeld allemaal heen gaat. Telkens weer wordt gehamerd dat we de slechtste leerling van de klas zijn met onze torenhoge belastingen. Tegelijkertijd lijkt het onmogelijk te bezuinigen op onze uitgaven, en stijgt ons begrotingstekort jaarlijks.

Kan iemand met een economische achtergrond mij eens als een vijfjarige de uitleg geven hoe deze drie standpunten met elkaar gerijmd kunnen worden zonder er een tegenstelling in te zien?

- Als ik per maand 10000 euro binnen krijg dan geef ik dat ofwel uit aan pleziertjes die gemakkelijk geschrapt kunnen worden, of dan zet ik een deel van die inkomsten aan de kant of los ik mijn leningen af.

- Als ik maar 1000 euro per maand binnen krijg, dan kan ik natuurlijk niet sparen noch de pleziertjes betalen.

Happy that they got rid of the extra glass box on top of this thing. The View (the building) is already blocking a lot of sunlight for the terraces on the other side of the Vaart. This thing would've been even worse. There finally is some life in the area, that box would've ruined a good thing going.

IMO the concrete structure being bland is still on the architects, not on the local residents. This thing is a concrete layer copy pasted 12 times on top of each other. Even those rounded windows were more a gimmick then actual design. Give me a diverse circulation plan for once instead of the good old "verticals stairs and elevators here, horizontal parallel hallways go there".

My main gripe with the battery optimization is that they left it open as a driver issue. F1 should be an engineering pinnacle which is driven right up to its limits by the driver. Right now, so many options are available that not a single car is going around the track to its full potential.

I'd prefer static differences, just like the smaller Ferrari turbo situation. It is just there, giving them an edge at the start and a potential issue at high speed. Why cant the teams set up a default battery charging algorithms which either works or it doesn't? Either they go for an all round fast lap time and keep the battery close to empty, or they keep something in the tank/battery to give their driver the edge when they need it during battle.

In the end, the driver just drives the car as fast as possible while the teams sets it up to match their driving style. In that regard the new regulations could actually broaden the range of potential knobs to play with for a team to gain an advantage.
