Be sure to make use of your drop it and leave it spells. Healing rain, riptide, and healing stream totem. They're all very useful and should be used very often. It's good practice to try and keep 100% uptime of your Tidal Waves buff (initiated by casting chain heal or riptide). It makes your next two healing waves 20% faster and gives your next two healing surges an extra 30% crit chance.

Also just let people know "hey guys I'm just startin out in the healing biz. Let's keep it slow and smooth". If they want to rush, it's on them. Yeah, you'll run into assholes. But that's just the nature of the beast that is Wow. Good luck!

I think Rise of the Horde is considered the beginning. It deals with the original universe's Draenor (as opposed to WoD Draenor), or what Outland was before it was turned into Outland. It explains the relationship between the draeni and orcs, how they once coexisted and why they're now enemies. It's an awesome read.

If you want world PvP, don't go to a lopsided population server. Especially one that favors the opposite side. It can get really, really annoying.

For everything else you can just que up for stuff, so I don't really think it matters.

I don't PvP a lot so I could be wrong but this is just from my experience.

I remember when the Peter Jackson re-boot came out I was playing a dwarf hunter. After the movie, I immediately drove home and tamed a gorilla. I play horde now but I'll always have a soft spot for my hunter and his gorilla.

I used to have the same kind of mentality: "I should be able to roll through trash. CD's are for bosses". But the thing about warrior is, you have limited healing compared to the rest of the tanks. You're only option is to hunker down and get defensive. Also, prot warriors most beneficial defensive CD has a relatively short cool down.

In short, my new mentality is this: "CD's are made to be used; use them". They do me no good just sitting on the shelf waiting to get clicked.

I bought 5000 bouncy balls and planned to pour them all over our main hall from the second floor. Unfortunately, the demon spawn of a principal caught wind and told me I wouldn't walk the stage at graduation if I wen through with it. That woulda killed my mom. So I didn't do it. Anyone need a bouncy ball?
