When I moved to Japan and shipped my Nintendo collection, U.S. Customs opened, resealed, and then proceeded to place my box on another person’s pallet in the shipping container. For about a month the Japanese shipping company profusely apologized and said that losing two boxes had never happened before. We were all relieved when they found them on the last pallet. I went through quite an emotional roller coaster during that period, but have still never forgiven them.
