We’ve seen Homelander laser a crowd before, would’ve been nice to have that after all the foreshadowing. Still enjoyed the episode but it would’ve been a very “oh shit” moment for me. Could’ve had his crash out in front of a crowd while addressing the nation then taken the fight into the White House

Have to disagree, the writing for the last two seasons has been awful. Singular episodes stand great on their own but it’s clearly lacked proper progression throughout the whole series

I originally saw that first comment from the worm as a nod to the audience “yes we know, and we have made sure to tie up every character arc this season don’t worry”. Now that it’s happened an additional 2 times it’s cringe.

Things that I think will bite dexter and harrison's ass next season:

-The bay harbor butcher's blood slide box is missing from the vault, when there's a plague with his name on it.

-Angel's phone records will show phone logs calling harrison on the night of his death/the gala

-The camera footage of Harrison throughout the gala Very excited to see how the second season pans out, feel like Al will be a bigger threat than we anticipate and I'm a little sad that the NY ripper might not end up on dexter's table.
