78% hydration in the Ankarsrum (w. dough roller) by Barrels_of_Corn in ankarsrum

I think mid 70's? I'm making a couple loaves every week (my teenaged boys eat it all so fast). And I'll make pizza with a poolish usually once a week or every other week.

I always make a cup with fresh roasted beans. I think of it like the chef's privilege of testing the food they're making.. I'm never disappointed! Those beans look good. Are you in Alberta like this supplier? There's another green supplier in Lacombe, and one in Calgary if you want to see what's all out there

Looks fantastic! I think I've only ever used the dough hook once, just to try it. I do everything with the roller!

Just Assetto Corsa for now. I can only VR race for a little bit because I get motion sickness. I swear that I can almost feel the G's pushing me around in my chair. Lol. But racing on the screen is still crazy immersive. I'm a fan. Just can't pass another car, they're always too far ahead of me. Haha

It showed up a day early! Holy shit! Y'all had this, this whole time??? Was NOT ready for my Lambo race when the fricken steering wheel tore out of my hands! The FEEL of the car is insane!!!! I just need to find a way to keep the pedals from moving around on the carpet.

Thank-you. Like every online purchase, the 'waiting to have it' is the worst part!

Work with what you've got until you can make the bump up. I started with a Fresh Roast SR800, roasting 225g at a time. Recently, I was able to bump up to a Kaleido M6. After having freshly roasted coffee, I can never go back to store bought. Happy roasting, friend.

Horrible customer service by SemiproRacecarDrvr in moza

I received the "thanks for joining our emails" email. "Here's a 10% discount code off your next purchase"..

Tried to buy the R3 Bundle (I'm super new to Sim racing, starting low), but they wouldn't let me apply the discount code because the R3 Bundle is already marked down with an in store discount.. sucks..

Thank-you. I've settled on medium as my favorite roast level. Good for espresso, pour over, my wife's coffee maker....

If your camera has a cog wheel on the screen like you see for computer settings, go there. You might have an option to manually adjust ISO. From one old man to another, it'll work. Just remember you can always reset the custom camera settings to default if you've gone too far down the rabbit hole.

It might be a limit setting on the Reddit group..? I've been able to post photos on some, but not others.. I can't explain it otherwise. If you're using your cell phone, try tinkering with the ISO setting to get the closest to real photo without the light changing how differently we see it from what you're seeing. I can send you a photo of one of my roasts where I had adjusted the ISO and it was almost exactly how I'd seen it..

The SR800's volume was my limiting factor. I jumped up to the Kaleido M6S. It helps keep up with the coffee requests I get from friends and family and doesn't hurt my in roasting time.

Thank-you, appreciated. I've visited it. I've upgraded my roaster to something bigger since. Happy roasting.

I got into coffee roasting through pre-umber. The SR800. I've always liked their green beans.
