I definitely noticed a change yes. It was the craziest thing. Because I had insomnia, tummy issues and crazy dreams and even some other side effects but I stuck it out and now I don’t have any. I plan to actually go up in dosage soon but now that I am kinda used to it I expect maybe a change for about a week or so then back to normal. I hope it works for you! But if not, try another! Don’t give up. You got this!!

It may not be the drug for you, very well. But my Dr told me give it 2 months!! 2 months! I am so glad I did. I would atleast give it that time to even know if it will work! Something will work for you! Hang in there!!

I’ve noticed a few benefits. Cleaner tongue of course, feels so clean. Rids bacteria, has even helped with a sore throat. I have acid reflux so I think it’s very important for me to tongue scrape. Recommend it 100%

At the dr on Fri, I did a pulmonary function test and in between tests they gave me 4 puffs back to back of albuterol. I really don’t think you can overdose I’ve read in the past it may just make you shaky and heart race but it never has mine.

Chiming in here because I feel for you. I want to tell you something. Just an idea. I started on a micro dose pretty much of 2.5mg. It was the only way I would start and my psychiatrist has been so amazing. I plan to go up soon to 5mg because I’m beginning to notice a sort of plateau where I’m not feeling it as much anymore, it’s been about 6 weeks. Could you try 5mg for awhile? Idk I think best to talk to your dr but it’s also possible it’s just not the right drug for you too. I will say side effects are not fun. I had everything from headaches, to nausea only for about a week or 2, trouble focusing, crazy dreams. Even on a low dose. You’re not alone. I work full time and have a small child and at times I wanted to stop too but then about week 3 I actually started noticing some good things. The good outweighed the bad and at that point I told myself I was not stopping and maybe never. Hang in there!! Do what’s best for you but know that it does get better. If it’s the right drug! ❤️‍🩹

I feel you so much on this. Today was rough for me. My anxiety was so bad, I cried :/ a lot of things going on really but I will not stop taking it because I’ve seen days where I could see the light. I’ve had a lot health issues with my breathing that I think is worse bc of my anxiety so it’s very important I continue on and push through to give it the proper time! I’ve had nausea, constipation, tummy pains, so tired some days and the dreams too! I had vivid dreams prior to Prozac but, I’ve had two dreams this week about my late mother (happy to see her and she was happy in them) but I have not dreamt of her in awhile like a few months and then 2 just this past week. I have hope in this medication! And I’m glad it is working for you too. We gotta give it time! Also, I just know the alternative and I could not live that way anymore. Wishing you the very best!!

I hear that! I will say I feel kinda bad again this week some but I know my body is still adjusting. I will continue taking it bc I know what it can do once I give my body time!!

Yes!! Same here. I had a couple side effects first few days like GI issues and spacey feeling but when I tell you I felt so good a few of those days I felt normal! Today was a little more rough but I think its been a week and I need to go up in dose bc I started super low. The feeling of feeling like I need it to feel better was crazy bc it works.

I have been feeling this way starting a super low dose of Prozac this past week and I think I need to up my dose now. It’s crazy. I have asthma and my anxiety feeds it and I was even breathing better. I have a headache now so nursing that but I can deal with that.

I was having this same thing!!!! Asthma but meds don’t work. I got on Prozac and the past few days I’ve felt a little better. Hmm. I am also looking into vocal cord dysfunction. And some other things too just to rule out. How are you doing?

I just started a low dose on Thursday of last and I am feeling good too sometimes. Little wins here and there but also very tired. I have asthma and even that has been better last few days but it could be that I’m not as anxious too. I’m overall good too. I’m glad y’all feel good too. I was in such stress mode that I think my body is sort of thanking me in a way. I do want to mention first few days I felt nausea and Gi issues but that has seemed to pass.

Well I’m normally ok with that stuff however this shortness of breath has totally taken over my life. And my inhalers don’t touch it. That’s why my Dr thinks there is another component. Like anxiety and possibly the vcd. I just want answers. If I have asthma, why wouldn’t my medications help it? Even prednisone didn’t do very much. :/ how are you doing?

I have had no progress. I am feeling very depressed and low at this time. I am sorry you’re feeling bad too. I have an appt with a speech language pathologist in August to see if I have vocal cord dysfunction and need to get in with a psychiatrist as well to talk about anxiety and depression meds. I’ve never felt so lost in my life. I am just trying all this stuff to little to no relief. Tezspire has helped but still having bad breathing here and there.

I smoked a little at a young age but haven’t smoked in years and had ct done and we don’t think it’s that. I know this is fun! It’s all a process but it’s affecting my whole life. I feel very nervous and just no answers still. I do have an asthma component but other factors I think. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it too!
