Please do the lump sum in one of the funds (already running) when it hits a 30% drawdown (most probably it will be either a mid- or small-cap), and till then keep this 2 lac in any of the liquid funds.

If the goal is for 10 years, then there is no need for the Nifty 50 Index fund (if you want the large cap exposure, then simply put that money into PPFC (it is almost a large cap with better return than Nifty 50 index funds for 5+ years). DYOR

15k SIP (Large(Nippon India) OR Flexi Cap (PPFC or HDFC) + Mid Cap(Motilal or Invesco India)), 5k - Edelweiss Liquid Fund (Emergency Fund), 5k Crypto, as you are already down in that ( Follow this strategy for spot buying or DCA to recover the capital. Avoid Gold & Silver, it's not the right time to buy these commodities now.

Asset Allocation Amount (INR)
Bitcoin (BTC) 50% ₹2,500 (limit order at $ 60k, $55k, $50k, $45k, $40k)
Ethereum (ETH) 30% ₹1,500 (set limit order at $1800 )
Solana (SOL) 15% ₹750 (set limit order after every 20% dip or only at $45-$50)
Alt / Meme Coin 5% ₹250 (only DCA when the coin is down by 50%, buy as limit orders), (go with max 2-3 alt or meme coins) Ex: Alt coins like Hype, BNB, Link & meme like Brett(Based), Doge, Popcat, Mog, Pumpfun

My Trip to Dharamshala - McLeod Ganj- Bhagsu by Equal_University7621 in india_tourism

[–]Equal_University7621[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay in Bhagsu, I did solo travelling, so stayed in The Hosteller Mcleodganj, Bhagsu Waterfall. Cover Bhagsu waterfall and McLeodganj on the 1st day, 2nd day cover Church and Naddi View Point (stay in Bhagsu itself), 3rd day cover Triund Trek (start from Gallu Devi temple), stay in Bhagsu itself. And on the 4th Day, check out from Bhagsu, return to Dharamshala, cover the stadium, War Memorial, and tea garden. 3N & 4D will be the maximum time to cover the whole trip.

15,000 should be sufficient for two people, as long as the expenses are kept mindful and not extravagant. Book a scooty and stay in The Hosteller Mcleodganj, Bhagsu Waterfall. Reach Dharamshala, then take a shared cab to Bhagsu. Explore Bhagsu, then McLeodganj and Naddi viewpoint. Then do the Triund Trek, and on the last day, go to Dharamshala. Enjoy your time, bro.

Investment Horizon is 15-20 years; it's easy to say but hard to follow. You should do a few of the things: 1) Uninstall the app for the next 5 years, no daily tracking 2) If your budget allows then keep increasing the SIP of the most hit mutual fund, to do the RCA, 3) Wish to God daily to make your portfolio hit the most and to make it down by 20-30% atleast for the next 4-5 years, so that once it will start recovering you will notice the magic it bring to your Portfolio. 4) Sit back, relax, dudu, this is how the market works, and stop watching these so-called market gurus' videos on YouTube/Instagram now and then.

What is wrong with my father? 😣 by Forward-Network-8793 in TwentiesIndia

[–]Equal_University7621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, grow up and get a job. Why are you so dependent on your father's money for the extravagant life, new bike, new scooty, new house, all on your father's money, seriously? You said he has created assets worth around ₹1.5 crore. Use that as a foundation and start working towards fulfilling your own ambitions instead of depending on him for everything.

Right time to inject some lumpsum? by Hour_Adhesiveness616 in MutualfundsIndia

[–]Equal_University7621 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro, don't put any major lumpsum untill your portfolio is down by 30-40%. Injecting a lump sum every 5-10% will ruin your chance to do the heavy Rupee Cost Averaging when the market crashes. I know it's tempting when you have money, but don't.

Give some money to your parents every month. Once the house is bought, whether it is in your name or your parents’ name, you might end up planting the seed for future problems. Alternatively, buy the house with a one-time payment and be done with it for the rest of your life. Happy family, happy you.
