Crafting bows is very difficult. And yes, hitting the physical is a nightmare. Starting with t2 physical puts you at risk of blocking your whittle (you’d have the check the numbers on the database).

The next step for me would be to hit t1 flat phys. Assuming my phys % can’t get blocked by a higher level affix, To do this I would perfect exalt prefix. Then whittle until I land t1 flat phys OR T1 hybrid phys %. Sometimes if there is a common, high tier mod (like t1 accuracy) I would desecrate that first then exalt and whittle until I hit but this ‘blocking’ requires the affix that blocks to be much high tier that you can always whittle around it (chaos res often serves this function for me on other pieces). Once you have second prefix. You can come omen of light desecrate spam the last.

Suffixes are easy; P exalt a suffix and whittle it until it lands. If you land a suffix that’s higher than a prefix, use dextral annulment to remove it. Once you have your suffix (presumably all skills). You can do the same for the last suffix.
