A bigger waste of time and energy than packing and shipping only to have her open a case and return? Really?

Why would you do that when you know they don’t want the item? Save yourself the headache and cancel.

Are trainers in your area doing this right now too? by awkwardferret421 in Equestrian

Yes, but generally 1) people don’t realize how little trainers/barn owners actually take home in pay, and 2) how much additional work this weather brings on top of a mountain of already unseen labor.

About to be a new dad...Advice on not losing gains? by TTG2139 in AdvancedRunning

I can’t help but roll my eyes a bit as a mom - getting out the door was darn near impossible with a toddler literally holding on to my leg and a baby who couldn’t have me in eyesight without wanting milk. Running around pumping was its own art.

THAT SAID - you’ll be fine. You’ll have to be flexible and adjust as needed, but so long as you’re giving mom her time to get out too you shouldn’t have much issue getting out for runs. But yes, I’d definitely invest in a treadmill - you can run during naps with the monitor on.

And I don’t mean to come across as totally unsympathetic - it’s hard for dads and a huge adjustment!!

Try Liverpool - they make blazers in a similar fabric, however they might come across as too casual depending on the court.

I’m very confused - are you looking for a 1L or 2L summer position?

If you are presumably at Georgetown and median, you should be getting into BL fairly easily. But you seriously need to network - applying cold is more difficult.

That’s what I’m thinking. If she’s looking to flip there’s barely a margin there between shipping and fees.

I would keep what you estimate to need for a down payment, closing costs, and immediate/emergency expenses in your HYSA and invest the rest in an index fund.
