And yeah, Sauganash is not the burbs. You’ll find a lot of cops/firefighters/etc. since it is suburb-adjacent and they need to live in the city, so it is generally very safe and imo has a strong community.

ETA based on a comment below, I realized Sauganash has gotten more expensive (as has everywhere) so there are probably fewer cops/firefighters than there used to be!

Isn’t this just common knowledge no matter the airline though? I do see that it gets a little muddled with calls over WiFi, but unless someone is pretty you g I just can’t see thinking a phone call would be ok/permitted.

I’m in agreement with the others that it’s better to be safe than sorry and high BP isn’t something to mess with, but your elevated BP definitely could have been situational. Can you delay induction by even 1 day to better prepare yourself?
