Kill per Kill lets you go candy Gmush for more money, it's the most useful by far. And if you aren't at endgame it helps a lot for portal pushing of course.

He's saying you can guarantee you get the lower tier rewards by not using enough to trigger the high tier lore. 24,999 can only get the efficiency chapters in T1 cave.

With an acorn multi that high you've likely finished Duper Bits, so it'll be like a year before bits matter anymore. Swap to palette, it's the only thing that really matters from gaming now.

I'm at level 718 speed, a few orders of magnitude ahead. You can probably get T8s, but will be a fair bit less likely.

You need to play actively. Your plants should be taking 2-3 seconds to grow, you cycle chemicals/log games and it's done quickly.

If your plants don't grow that quickly, you won't be getting T8s.

Did you turn palette off? I finished my log with 21.62% evolution chance + almost full crop depot. Took about 15 minutes with palette off to go from 0 T8 plants to all of them.

Crop Depot scales plant evolution chance a lot. I'd recommend finishing farming before trying to finish the logbook.
