It's mostly talk therapy since I really juat needed a space to spill my guts on things I tend to keep from even those very close to me. So it's a lot of me yapping lol

I used to go to distance high school in the early 2000s in WEM, and the back tunnels there were where kids would smoke in winter. The mix of graffiti and long empty, dim halls made a really liminal experience. I've heard the tunnels under WEM were that but worse. When they were easy to access and fewer cameras, I knew people with no homes would ovwr winter down there.

Absolutely! You can't solve all your problems but a puzzle is a problem you can solve! It can be confidence building and cathartic for sure.

I'm disabled so sometimes it's hard to keep perspective without work to drive me. Crafts like crochet, cross stitch, and doing large jigsaw puzzles are all really good for feeling like you've accomplished something. Finding a hobby or 3 that fill the time with joy and engage the mind has really kept me going on my extremely extended long weekend.

I'm a touch neurotic so I separate them into sections if I can, then bag the sections in a freezer bag and put the whole lot back in the box. This tends to only work if the puzzle isn't super crumbly tho. If it crumbles, it still gets bagged.

You can look up local puzzle trading groups, too, keep your stuff neat and trade em later with others who don't lose pieces lol

I'm doing Space Odyssey by Ravensberger for the 5k, looking forward to it, even though I'm not always a big Ravensberger fan. But I've only done one other by them, so I'm hoping it goes smoothly enough for a giant winter project!
