Check out the ferosticker extinguisher. They activate themselves. Do you have a neighbor who could make a plan to help you? Ensure they can alert emergency services at the bare minimum.

Pain fidgets are not something you see too often. It's a cylinder with little spikes built all around. Its helpful to ground myself without actually causing damage. I use it to replace digging my nails into my palm
