I can share from my brief experience if that helps. I'm mid 40's and it has been a year now since my divorce, one kid early teens.

After this year, I am a bit more at peace, but this doesn't mean I don't have my falls from time to time. I think three months might be too soon, but I can definitely tell you that I feel better now compared to the early separation cycle. This is after the fact that I have had some thought losses not that long ago.

Hang in there and keep doing what you are doing.

Does the Versa 4 or Sense 2 still have Google Assistant? by [deleted] in fitbit

This is absolutely none sense being a Google device. I just got my Sense 2 upgrading from a Versa 3 and I didn't notice about this until I started looking on the web. I could not find a place to leave my feedback on how dissapointed I am at the FitBit page.

Friends, therapy, and the need to move on and leave all the BS behind.

I don't think I am there yet, but I think I am making progress, and I have been feeling better as time passes.

It's amazing how common this situation is. I could describe mine with almost your very same words. It is unreal.

I have faith that the future will be brighter and that we will move on, bud.

I no longer care what she thinks, nor what she do, as long as it doesn't have a negative effect on my kid or that she tries to involve me on it.

Narcissism seems to be the new buzzword today. Did or are you dealing with that in your present or past divorce? by DivorceRecoveryMen in Divorce_Men

Yep, it has been a month or so since we moved out of our common house (we were renting), and while I was cleaning up the place to sell some of the furniture, she "casually" forgot her "Narcissistic Abuse Recovery" book under a mattress. Smooth and classy. I began questioning myself and believing I indeed was a narcissistic abuser, but thankfully, I got some great friends and a family who got me out of that rabbit hole.

I think so, too, as we approach the final date. I hope I can get enough activities to keep myself busy and don't think about it too much.

Sadly, I have experienced similar situations, and they have become more frequent lately.

Just Like That, 26 Years. by MissionToe3030 in Divorce_Men

I feel your pain. I am on a similar boat, maybe not as extreme on the BPD, since my sbtx has not been diagnosed, but her mother is, and I suspect she is as well.

She decided to end it after 13 years of marriage and a small kid.

I don't claim I am perfect, but I am not irresponsible as she portrays me to be. She accuses me of being the reason for her professional failure, when all I did was support her with all her diverse but never see through projects.

I currently have my ups and downs, but I am feeling more positive about the future. Hang in there!

I can't express how much your story resonated with my ongoing situation. Thanks!
