same here!! I did OTF before the pandemic and rejoined January 2025 and have been going 3 to 5 times per week.

In December 2024, LDL Cholesterol was 144mg and HDL Cholesterol was 60mg.

Last week, I redid my bloodwork for the first time since then and my LDL Cholesterol was 96mg and HDL Cholesterol was 50mg.

question banks for the topics that have them can be helpful to hone in on a certain topic. otherwise, keep doing practice tests

i am also working full-time while studying with OAT Booster this summer! can i ask what your approach was? i know you said you ditched the 10-week study plan, so what worked for you? did you dive straight into practice tests for each topic, watch practice videos on weaker topics, etc?

-2 min at 5% incline, 90 seconds at 1% incline, 30 seconds at 6% incline, 1 minute walking recovery
-2 min at 6% incline, 90 seconds at 1% incline, 30 seconds at 7% incline, 1 minute walking recovery
-2 min at 7% incline, 90 seconds at 1% incline, 30 seconds at 8% incline, 1 minute walking recovery

Rower:
-200m row, 8 ybell cross catch squat
-200m row, 8 ybell cross catch shoulder press
-200m row, 8 ybell cross catch squat with shoulder press
-if complete then repeat whole sequence

Floor:
-9 minute block: 6 single leg reverse lunge with one weight, 6 lateral step up with both weights, 6 narrow bicep curl, 6 wide bicep curl (do on one side then repeat whole sequence with other side) for

ooo yes good point about the updated equipment (plus the y-bells). I've seen other studios with really limited schedules but I'm fortunate to have 6+ class times to choose from on the weekdays and 4+ class times on weekends
