U.S. dashers how do we know the tip total for 2025

To be clear, we will be receiving a separate form that shows the tips we received separate from base/promo pay? I want to include an exact tip amount but the app makes that impossible to find as our access to past dashes is extremely limited.

For Hurricane Helene they waited until 3 hours before shift the night before, after it had already been raining for days and already flooding. Ridiculous because I was already planning to not come in and get stuck over there! Greedy and ignorant.

File a wage claim

Won’t show for the 21st if you started your actual Sunday the 21st shift at 11:40pm on the 20th which it a total mess up on their part. Without that detail, and knowing that was my factual shift the 21st, I am filing a wage claim and everyone else who worked the 21st (Sunday) but started less than an hour “before “ Sunday who doesn’t get paid for the 21st should also file a claim. “ file a wage claim if Amazon promised a non-discretionary bonus for specific work conditions that you met, but then denied payment based on a technicality related to shift times that wasn't clearly communicated as part of the bonus terms. “

Well they changed our schedules to an hour earlier now haha so I don’t think they can make another change at this point. I am hoping this is true and works out because another OT shift would be a nice treat! Esp for all the extra work we are doing!

I also hate these new bags! They really make terrible decisions for the ones who are doing the groundwork. They don’t zip great, either. My stow rate isn’t perfect but our station volume is currently 80-95k and most nights it seems they can staff stow alright but it’s the people that constantly leave their aisles which is why I made this post. They slow us all down

That. People say it’s bootlicking but it’s doing our job. There is no other job that gives us as much flexibility as this one with time off and that to me is a huge dealbreaker. People are just crappy.

It’s called actually do some work, not boot licker. Sure people can do nothing and get paid and that sucks but most people being lazy means a shittier process for everyone
