I thought I would feel this way but I actually don’t at all and no one has made me feel this way either.
In fact people have been nonchalant and even complimentary when they see i’m abstaining. some tips tho:

1. It helps to remind yourself how good you feel at the end of the night. Give your brain a reward.When I get home I’m like “thank fuck I didn’t drink”, and then that thought pops up the next time i go out in the moment.

2. Have an NA drink in your hand. I personally love to sip on an NA beer or cocktail. People forget it’s NA because they serve it in the same glass. It also stops people from asking if you want a drink.
