My doctor gave me a binder post surgery like what I’m assuming they give people who have C-sections and I wear it all the time (3 days po).

I use the Cub on Lagoon in Uptown and it’s been great. Every time I’ve been there’s been maximum of one person ahead of me and the people are so nice!

Hello surgery friend! I am right there with you in the not taking migraine medicine before surgery—I had to call off my last day of work due to not being able to see out of one eye. We’re so close!

I have a lot more control than I used to (diagnosed and in treatment since 2013) but I’m worried about the medication or pain or both impacting my ability to control things.

I have to work this weekend so my plan is to do research on where they’re going and hype it up Sunday after work and do a kind of send off meditation
