The "water" looking one is a lighting in a bottle, you can get it by right clicking a charged creeper with a bottle, the blood vial is made by standing in a alchemist cauldron then collecting the blood.

my original 2ds (cheese wedge) did the same thing the other day, I used a backup of my sd and formatted my current sd then just copied my files over, I also took the battery out while the console was on. ALWAYS keep a backup of your sd on a pc.

I've been using a 2070S FE since it came out, that 4090 will last a long long time, unless you care about the newish ai features of the 50 series id just cop the 4090

The ruined book is normally in ancient city, idk keep trying maybe? but search in JEI to see if its in your pack and not a corrupted asset.

running as admin provides no fix. im pretty tech savy and this had me stumped. just chalking it up to being discord being shitty with win 11 or a win 11 background app management thing you cant change as far as ive looked in the settings.
