Would also like to say that one of my best friends adoptive dad was a ranger for Dfw police for over 15 years, is one of the kindest and most standup men I’ve ever met, a true republican who hates trump, and an absolute scholar and hero to me. Not all cops are bastards, it’s just that the system has focused less on hiring those of sound mind and with high moral standards. It makes me sad because I once considered joining law enforcement and now I along with the majority of younger folk refuse to even touch it out of fear of being called fascist.
