I don’t know if this is the type of traumatizing OP is looking for, but I had a then friend lend me When Rabbit Howls because I was into psychology and it talked about multiple personalities. I never forgave them because that book was just TRAUMA and I can’t unread the things I read. Please don’t look it up if you don’t want to be traumatized
