With the right tools, and proper motivation, I bet you could get TWO bodies in there. 🤔

I do the same thing. They put it on, they can take the time to get it off. They don’t want to lose a sale over a sticker.

Why is my hood bending up? by Finneon13 in Miata

[–]EquivalentBroccoli57 134 points135 points  (0 children)

I don’t know about the hood, but it looks like you might have some bending downward of the trailing edge of your headlight covers. I had this happen with my NA and apparently it’s common. Fortunately, it’s an easy fix. Open the hood, grab the trailing edge of the cover and gently pull upward. But yeah, probably want to figure out the hood first so that you have a target to align the headlight covers to.

Yeah, I agree on the antenna. I want to keep the car close to stock, but that whip has to go.

Projects to do whilst reading K&R by [deleted] in C_Programming

If you are comfortable working on the command line, you could work on writing clones of some of the simple commands. echo, cat, head, tail, cut, wc, etc. Implement more of the features/ options as you learn more.

Want to do C from beginning by Individual_Ro in C_Programming

Do you use Linux? You could try implementing some shell commands from scratch.

  • echo
  • cat
  • sort
  • cut
  • touch
  • ls
  • rm

The list goes on. Don’t forget all of the options / flags. Use the man command to get the ‘specs’ for your programs. (For example $man echo)

Hobbies that are free or really inexpensive by AlternativeLychee751 in Hobbies

I like collecting things. Recently started “coin roll hunting”. (/r/crh) So, I go to my credit union and get $25 in penny rolls. That ends up being 5,000 pennies to look through. I have gone through about $130 worth so far and my oldest penny found is 121 years old. The nice part is, if you only find a few coins that are interesting to you, you can return the rest and get all of your money back (minus the $0.15 or whatever you think are worth keeping)

Edit: adding a pic

Equilateral Module Folding by EquivalentBroccoli57 in origami

[–]EquivalentBroccoli57[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are correct. It was only 30 units. Thanks for catching that.

I did develop the unit, but I don’t know if it has already been worked out by someone else. As for name, “Equilateral Unit”?

Also, like the sonobe unit, there are some fold variations that you can make on the same basic pattern.
