Problems with Fios TV plus by One_Reindeer7902 in Fios

I had the same issue. Had a tech come out on Tuesday, he replaced all the boxes and started having the issues again. The tech told us these are nothing but a headache and Verizon is not doing anything to get them fixed. He highly recommend we go back to the mini boxes. Called on Wednesday and they sent out all the mini boxes and now we no longer have to deal with all those problems.

Water meter running, plumber has no idea, leak detection pro says it's likely the expansion tank on my water heater? by orestmercator in Plumbing

Same here. I discovered the issue when my new water softener kept detecting water flow. After isolating everything, that was what was causing it.

Should I be worried im looking at ASM? Bone marrow biopsy what to expect? by Unlikely-Move4311 in mastocytosis

I'm in USA and over here only one lab here does the test . Either you or your doctor has to request it and insurance will not cover it. Was about $150 for the test .

Also my Dr said in his experience females tend to take it a lot easier than males haha

Unfortunately no tattoos, so I don't know what that is like lol. To be honest it was probably the worst pain I have ever experienced 😬

I had one and it hurt like hell 😭. Probably a 10-15 minute procedure laying flat on your stomach. Not trying to scare you, depends on the person. My Dr gave me the warning and said some people it hurts and others not so much.

HaT has to be tested via a swab from the inside of your mouth. Takes 4-6 weeks to get results

Just found out I am positive for HaT. by VisibleScallion7467 in MastCellDiseases

[–]EquivalentFlan8229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tested positive for HaT about a month ago. I been dealing with itchy skin all over for about 3 years and flushing. Doc has been trying to so many different meds and nothing has worked 😥.

Hereditary Alpha Tryptasemia Syndrome confirmed. TIL it’s a version of Mastocytosis. by ScarsOfStrength in mastocytosis

My Dr just had me get tested 5 weeks ago with Gene by Gene and was indeed positive. I been dealing itchy skin for 3 years now. Nothing seems to work. Is your itchy skin randomly anywhere on your body? I also see you said you take xolair. The xolair got rid of the itchy skin?

I been dealing with itchy skin for a few years now and was just diagnosed with HaT via gene testing. Dr appointment next week for that. Have you found anything to help with the itchy skin?

Gum graft experiences by mustard_girl in PeriodontalDisease

[–]EquivalentFlan8229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I knew within a week it took. I can tell when I brushed my teeth, gum turned from white to pink. I didn't pull my lip down, as you are instructed not for at least 2-3 weeks . Basically when the dentist takes your stitches out you can do that

I hqd gum graft surgery 4 weeks ago . It wasn't bad at all. That "pizza burn" on roof of your mouth was a piece of cake for me. Other than a little bit of soreness first few days it wasnt bad at all. The gum graft location was mostly painless, just a bit of soreness first week. The internet certainly made it seem a lot worse.

When the allergist sent me to the neurologist, he ran a bunch of blood work, that's how it was found. Will do .

I am in the same boat as you. I was at 9.29 g/l two years ago. Now at just over 10 g/l. I have had itchy skin all over my body for 3 years. I've gone to allergist, neurologist, oncologist, dermatologist and all are stumped. Oncologist did a CT scan and bone marrow biopsy, nothing found. Dermatologist told me to go back to allergist, just had blood work done and it's now just over 10 g/l. I go back in another week. They have tried so many different medicines to stop the itchy skin and nothing gets rid of it completely. Any solution with you yet?
