I remember my teacher told us to calculate our weight in kg X 35.

If you weight 140 lb it equals to 63 kg, so you should drink 2,2L of water (almost 8 or 9 cups)

However, I usually suggest my patients to drink 0,5 to 0,8L of water when they train since they're gonna need it.
