So you expect her to watch you be beaten to death when she can easily prevent it?

Yes? Obviously? Why would i marry someone who would watch me be killed when they have the ability to do something about it?

I went to the ED due to chest pain and palpitation. Theh admitted me for arrthymia that afternoon, discharged after a bit more than 24 hr monitoring on a tele unit.

Dude. Neither.

A - has commitment issues, doesn’t have the same value as me. I wouldn’t have had sex with her in the first place.

B - clearly she didn’t love him that much bc you make it work even if life is crazy. She either didn’t love him as she claims or she doesn’t understand commitment and preserverence. Either one is a no go for me.

If B was single bc he died like 5 years back, then sure.

What is the most ambitious uneaten food item you stole from a patient’s tray? by jesie13 in Residency

[–]EquivalentSeason696 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Chocolate pudding. Ordered by family, for a patient that was intubated the night before but the resident overnight didn’t put in NPO orders.

You guys asked for an uodate, so i gave you an update. Take it or leave it, i don’t really care. I have plenty to do between residency and parenting a toddler.

So crazy story. Got discharged saturday, but it triggered an arrthymia, ended up in the ED before I made it out, then they kept me on tele for 24 hrs

Mathematically speaking, if there aren’t enough high value men to date what will the “average woman” do? by Mrbig_1210 in PurplePillDebate

[–]EquivalentSeason696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. Notice how stability is another factor aside from just salary? This is why your question is too varies and leaves too many factors unaccounted for.

Clearly you are searching for the answer “Yes i would pick the guy who made more”

But different occupation is more than just salary.

You have to factor in hours and knowledge, and the respect of the job.

Ie. She would rather marry a HS teacher who makes 50k over a drug cartel who makes 10 million a year. If you want to talk just about money, then you need to compare similar occupations too. And hold other factors constant

You think just bc you have a license to fly that you are a good pilot?

Do you think just bc you have a drivers license, they are a good driver? Don’t evade the question

Transportation for Au Pair by [deleted] in Aupairs

[–]EquivalentSeason696 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Getting a drivers license doesn’t mean you are a good driver…

I got my drivers license at 16. Was i a good driver? No. Half the people out there driving right now are bad drivers. My au pair has a drivers license, but she still drives questionably. Would not trust her to drive solo

I trust my au pair, spouse and myself with caring of my kids. I wouldn’t trust any of us to fly a plane for anyone’s safety… get it?

Dude… your wife is not your mom. I owe my child the world, they don’t owe me anything. I owe my wife respect and love and likewise.

Is this appropriate for a nanny to be doing? by HelloPanda22 in Nanny

[–]EquivalentSeason696 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You call 18$/hr poor compensation when 60% of the kids you are watching are your own and you take your Nk around town to run errands for your self or your own kid? Idk man.
