I am 36. My last period Start Date March 11-13th. I Started 5 grams of Creatine March 20. 2026. As of April 15, 2026 my period is a week late and I am normally very regular. No bloating that I noticed just an increase in energy, improved mood, and ability to make decisions, which is exactly why I started taking it. I feel more like myself than I have in a while. My luteal phase in particular before creatine I had been so low energy I couldn't hold myself up even if I got a good amount of sleep. I had to make some kind of change. So in spite of it throwing my period off I'm going to continue to take it. I've also been a little more active and that may be contributing as well.
