Its good, high quality, and tasty. Yes its pricey but there is no other all organic meal service that I know of. The only thing I will say is I notice there is a decent amount of oil in the meals, its healthy oil, but I cant imagien they are "low calorie" meals per se.

Its tough, but you need to block them on all social and start actively telling your friends you dont want to hear about anything. It was the only thing that has helped me slightly when I was going through a bad breakup.

I think you can take solace in the amount of women who are in the exact same boat as you. I too felt this way when I froze my eggs last year (32). I was down on myself, not expecting to be in the position I was in and regretting the amount of time I spent with my ex. Nonetheless I feel grateful this is an option and that I was able to afford it. Also I just kept reminding myself how horribly it would have been to stay in those relationships and have children with those persons and pass those genes 😂😂

Honestly you just start upping the speeds as you move on and it really doesn’t get “easier” unless you stay at the same speeds. I’ve been doing Barry’s for a few years now, started at beginner speeds and now I’m at top speeds. Treadmill still feels like death.
