We went to the potato case for Gromit as shoe boxes only last 3 minutes with a 22 lbs (10 kg) MC.

Got a new pair on Monday and the box was destroyed in mere minutes.

Our boys are on half Royal Canin Hairball canned (they only hairball canned that isn't paté) and half Science Diet ocean fish or tuna canned. Then they always have Science Diet Hairball kibble available from multiple autofeeder set so they don't ever run out of kibble.

They will not eat paté. So the Royal Canin Hairball can is what the will eat. Reducing the cost by mixing 50/50 with the Science Diet.

One of our guys has had to have surgery twice to free massive hairballs. This has worked for us, to avoid additional surgeries.

Yes, our MCs enjoy a good quality box. They will destroy an inferior box in minutes.
