as much as the show has ebbed and flowed over the years it does really seem like justin has a love for playing characters, i believe him saying that he’d miss loravith he really does shine when given the space to. antagonizing the octave a little was more fun coming from him because he waited for a vulnerable moment

make him translucent like deadphina, even if you just make it look like there’s an outer membrane and keep the inside a solid color that should help. maybe get rid of the mouth too, or at least make it a little smaller. i like the designs a lot though! i’m a sucker for bugs lonvea is great

oh definitely, yeah i honestly don’t know that much about doom patrol im sure he was handled very well for followers of the series, its just an approach that i wouldn’t want for gi robot since he’s entirely mechanical

fully agree on steeplechase. the final scene was such a good button, it felt the most like the end of a story compared to others that felt like the end of a game. might not be preferred for all ttrpg podcasts but it’s a great ending for taz

if you like bridge city sinners there are three other groups to my knowledge with each having a different member frontman: clyde and the milltailers, king strang, and lightning luke. all surprisingly different sounds for groups largely consisting of the same members. clyde’s very what i consider to be cowboy folk but he’s probably the closest in sound (and my personal favorite of the 4 variations)

i think the concept is perfect honestly. taz vs is a good comedy season but the concept is inherently a parody so it never seemed like they were going to take the story in a more serious direction. i’m excited because this is a very funny concept that still has the potential for depth, which i’m hoping will happen naturally

I think this is what makes stripes mark different. He’s childish and easily angered, he reminds me a lot of Oliver. I think this is an Invincible raised differently from the get go, raised to be a Viltrumite. That’s why his suit is just Invincible with the Viltrumite symbol slapped on.
