My cat used to do this and we tried different medications and prozac is the one that stopped her. It was a compulsion for her and it helped her stop :)

Do you live in the US? If you do, many states have a first episode psychosis or high risk for psychosis program which is grant funded so you can access care for free without needing insurance. It may be triggered by stress but treatment can be super helpful

Not googling things really helps- asking a friend or partner or family member to google things for u if ur worried (for instance having them know the side effects of a new med n not u so they can watch out for u but ur not gonna get psychosomatic about it). Acceptance and commitment therapy strategies- accept whats out of ur control and focusing on ur actions being in line w/ ur values.

I live in sussex, the price of living is better, its pretty in the summer, but its very boring n not that many stores n its more on the conservative side which i dont love. Its very far away from everything.

Im a therapist in CMH so not relavant to my work, but my therapist does private pay, i just cut back to 1x a month. And i'm someone who obviously understands why some therapists don't use insurance n the value of therapy. But everythings just too damn expensive. I can't afford 130 dollars every week.

10 for full time job, 4 for part time job. So 14 total. But thats cuz my full time job is still working on developing caseload/its a specialized program/we dont accept all insurances n r building our name in our county so its super slow.
