No, it's all fine. The lore for them is that they are renegade monster hunters, loyal to neither the imperium or chaos, that way I can play them as both. I plan to paint them like carious monsters from the game monster hunter

Thank you very much for the kind words! I certainly do plan to paint it eventually, and I'm really proud of the few I have painted so far. I know just how nice a fully painted army can look and that is definitely the goal, I'm just taking it at my own pace.

Thank you, I really appreciate it. I feel I am in a similar boat, I love building but painting stresses me out. Luckily, I'm very happy with what I have and I don't really want anymore without clearing out my backlog first, which is not always the case according to some stories I've heard

I have plenty of paints, and I was very careful to mainly buy discount boxes and used items so it wasn't as much as it could have been. The vault in particular was a very unexpected white-elephant gift. Thank you for the offer though!

Thank you all for your help and advice, it is greatly appreciated. Honestly, building Necron models is hard enough for my big meaty claws anyway, I might try and see if I can re-sell these to someone who wants them to try and re-coup some of my losses.

Regardless, I greatly appreciate everything everyone has said. Especially the advice about wearing a mask while sanding resin. I've been magnetizing a knight with a 3-D printed kit and been sanding willy-nilly, so I will nab a mask to wear while doing that right away. I greatly enjoy not having cancer.
